Can I change plans anytime?
You can upgrade from ReferStart to ReferGrow or ReferHigh from the usage dashboard. Self-serve downgrades are handled separately so paid state stays tied to verified billing webhooks.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
You'll receive warnings at 80% usage. Metered sales, click, and commission limits get a 7-day grace period at 100%. Active program and affiliate slots are hard caps, so adding extra slots asks you to upgrade first instead of silently allowing the blocked action.
